These are the questions we get asked frequently and our answers.
Are you closed for holidays?
We will be closed and paid for the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, & New Year’s Day.
We will be closed and not paid for the following days:
The day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept ACH payments through Checking or Savings account only.
Is there a contract?
Yes, but a two week notice can be given to us for termination of care.
We can terminate the contract at any time.
What if my child is sick?
Please read our illness policy.
